In other words, Amaya Gaming has a wide breadth of knowledge and skills for the online gambling world as seen in their 10 global offices.
With an announcement that literally stunned the online gambling industry, Amaya Gaming recently revealed the acquisition of the international online gambling operator named Rational Group. Now pay attention here, the details can seem a bit muddled at first glance.
It turns out that Rational Group owns the well branded names of Pokerstars, Full Tilt Poker as well as EPT, PCA, LAPT and APPT. Essentially, a full basket of established global online poker brands. For the record, until this acquistion by Amaya Gaming, Full Tilt Poker and Poker Stars were specifically excluded from operating in the United States. With this new acquistition by Amaya Gaming, those restrictions are no longer a problem. In fact, Nevada regulators just recently issued regulatory approval for Amaya Gaming to bring back Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker.
